The established history of PV Vacuum dated back to the thirties when Mr. Jacob Pielkenrood founded the Pielkenrood - Vinitex B.V. in the Netherlands. Some 25 years ago, the company gradually extended its presence to South East Asia.

The company established it's base in Singapore in the early seventies, providing engineered solutions to the industry. In the later years, during the early 80's, the dutch company sold its Pacific Subsidaries and renamed the company to Pacific Vinitex Pte Ltd. The management bought out the Vacuum Business in July 2002. This division was renamed as PV Vacuum Engineering Pte Ltd.

PV Vacuum Engineering Pte Ltd is a member of the Darco Technology Limited, a publicly owned and registered Singapore Company.
